I feel strongly about treating the cause of illness, not just managing symptoms. I believe that building a therapeutic relationship with my patients is essential as trust is paramount between doctor and patient. Being a Naturopathic physician means that I use a blend of complementary medicines within the standards of care. The modalities of care that I utilize are lifestyle modifications, herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, nutritional supplements, stress reduction techniques, and pharmaceuticals as necessary.

Dr. Erin Cheatum is a licensed Naturopathic doctor who graduated from Bastyr University. Dr. Cheatum is a primary care physician with special interest in women’s health. During her training at Bastyr she received extra training in women’s health, sleep medicine, fertility, and pediatrics. Prior to attending Bastyr, she completed a BS in Biological Anthropology at Western Washington University. After medical school she completed a residency at Alpine Integrated Medicine in Redmond, WA.
Her residency gave her additional clinical experience and training working in an integrative primary care setting. Upon completing her residency she co-founded Madrona Natural Medicine.
