I empower women to balance their hormones, clear their skin, improve their digestion, overcome their anxiety and sleep issues, and fall in love with being in their bodies! Like many women, I’ve experienced the fatigue, difficult periods, and fertility issues that often come with living a busy and rewarding life. Through my personal journey of healing from miscarriage and autoimmune disease, I’ve developed a model for patient-care that honors your body’s unique needs.

Dr. Liz Orchard is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD) and founder of Be Well Natural Medicine. After graduating magna cum laude with a B. A. in pre-medical studies from the University of St. Thomas (2001), Dr. Orchard earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (2008), with honors, from the oldest fully accredited Naturopathic medical school, National College of Natural Medicine, in Portland, Oregon.

During the five years of Naturopathic medical training, she completed extensive hands-on clinical training with experts in the field of natural medicine, with an emphasis on women’s health and endocrine disorders. She has also studied various forms of mind-body medicine, including homeopathy, meditation, energy healing, and Qi Gong. Dr. Orchard was the resident ND at an integrative medicine clinic in New York City from 2008 to 2009, where her focus was preventive medicine, digestive disorders, and integrative cancer care.

In September 2009, she returned to her Minnesota roots to start her private practice which soon blossomed into Be Well Natural Medicine. In addition to helping her patients, Dr. Orchard enjoys mentoring other naturopathic doctors, teaching Qoya, dance, strength training, music, travel, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends – especially her husband and their 2 children.
