Dr. Frega believes that each person is unique and so should their approach to healthcare be. She treats each patient with individual, personalized medicine that focuses on finding the root cause of disease in order to help the body heal. She currently runs an integrative practice that blends traditional and alternative medicines. She believes that when providers of different backgrounds work together, patients get the best care.

Dr. Katy Frega is a licensed and board certified Chiropractic Physician in the states of Iowa and Illinois. Dr. Frega has two doctorates in Chiropractic and Naturopathic Medicine, and has a fellowship in medical acupuncture to offer her patients a truly holistic and integrative approach to their health. Most of her clinical experience has been in family practice with other integrative practitioners.

With Dr. Frega’s educational and clinical background she is able to offer a complementary blend of natural medicine with conventional medicine. Her dream has been to bring an integrative center to the Quad Cities. She believes that patients receive the best care with an integrative approach. Dr. Frega has a passion for helping people and that shows in the excellent care that she provides her patients.
