I believe in treating each patient as an individual, rather than an illness. That individual person is a complex being of physical, mental, emotional, and social manifestations. Developing a trusting doctor-patient relationship is critical to the healing process. In addition to these things, I emphasize education in my practice. I believe a patient holds a wealth of knowledge about one’s own body and with information sharing, we can work as a team to removed obstacles, promote health, and encourage vibrance.
