I welcome patients with a full range of medical concerns and honor the healing power of the individual while utilizing natural remedies and non-invasive treatments. I have a true passion for family medicine, enjoy working with whole families to discuss healthy lifestyle recommendations in hopes of preventing the onset of disease and improving quality of life. I am interested in helping people in the most profound and effective way possible via understanding their stories and how that relates to their physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual health.

I’m a board certified Naturopathic Physician graduating from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon and have been practicing for over 20 years. I specialized in treating chronic health conditions including hormone issues, auto-immune disorders, anxiety & depression, joint & muscular pain, allergies & food sensitivities, and women’s health. Many people don’t know this, but a Naturopathic Doctor can provide the same services as a conventional medical doctor.

I can diagnose, order prescriptions, refer highly regarded specialists, order lab work and more. In addition, Naturopathic Doctors have a wide variety of healing tools available including acupuncture, massage, physical therapy and am within a network that is dedicated to providing the best care possible. I typically spend around 60 minutes per patient and value creating and maintaining deep connections.
