A Naturopathic Doctor (ND) takes the time to develop wholesome partnerships with their patients to help them optimize health and to work towards finding the root cause of disease. NDs utilize a broad spectrum of tools including botanical medicine, physical medicine, homeopathy, nutritional supplements and diet, minor surgery, and are also trained in conventional pharmacology to be used when the case requires it.
Dr. Blevins is a board licensed Naturopathic Physician and is a graduate of the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon which is the oldest board accredited institution of Naturopathic Medicine in the United States. Before medical school Dr. Blevins attended Southern Oregon University and obtained a B. S. in Biology with Biomedical Science emphasis and a minor in Chemistry along with a B.
S. in Music with bassoon as her primary instrument. Dr. Blevins was born and raised in Moab, UT where she still keeps close ties.
