My Journey to become a Naturopathic Doctor began in my early 30’s. I was working as a social worker at the time which I enjoyed immensely. I wanted to expand my work with people to treat the whole person; Mind Body, and Spirit.
I returned to school and graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2001. My goal is to support people in their efforts to reach optimal health. I believe in the ability of people to heal given the proper support. I offer individualized treatment plans for achieving your goals.
