Dr. Washington is dedicated to helping you identify the underlying problems that may be creating dis-ease in your body and preventing optimal health. She strives to help clients improve their health naturally through lifestyle and dietary counseling, prevention, nutritional supplementation, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and/or hydrotherapy. Her desire is for everyone to be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually well.
She wants to help you get healthy, teach you how to be healthy, and keep you healthy.
Dr. Lina Washington, ND is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine who focuses on thyroid management, mental health, and pregnancy/birth support. She graduated from University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then attended Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ and received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. As part of her training, Dr. Washington completed over 1200 hours of clinical rotations providing holistic health care to patients with many different conditions, including Hashimoto’s, Grave’s, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Rheumatoid arthritis, and more.
Her patients have seen dramatic results over time- experiencing mood stability, increased energy and happiness, resolution of symptoms, and decreased need for conventional medications. As a Naturopathic Doctor, she has been trained to diagnose, treat, and help prevent disease using a holistic and integrative functional medicine approach- identifying the root cause of disease and addressing it naturally with nutritional & lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and more.
Dr. Washington is a passionate practitioner, wife, mother, Ohio native & Buckeyes fan (O-H!). When she’s out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 beautiful girls, jogging, exploring in nature, trying new restaurants, traveling, and serving her local community; she has also served in Nicaragua, Ghana, South Africa, and Mexico. Dr. Washington is a member of the Ohio Naturopathic Doctors Association (OHNDA) and American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP).
She is now serving the Columbus, Ohio metro area and looking forward to helping YOU become the healthiest version of yourself!.
