Dr. Mia is a firm believer in meeting you where you are in your health journey and individualizing your care using safer, natural medicines rather than relying on surgery and pharmaceuticals. Sometimes optimizing health can be as simple as increasing your veggies or adding in exercise, but often times life’s stressors and emotional burdens overwhelm the body, leading to seemingly sudden or chronic pathology.

Dr. Mia is a board-certified Naturopathic physician who practices general family medicine and has special interests in women’s health (including hormone imbalance, PMS, fertility, perimenopause etc. ), endocrine dysfunction, and pediatrics. Dr. Mia graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Whitworth University. After four years of education in the medical sciences and clinical experiences, Dr.
Mia is skilled in holistic primary care and wellness, addressing the root cause of illness and highlighting preventative practices for future vitality. Raised in Coeur d’ Alene, Dr. Mia has developed a passion for the art and science of healing with natural medicine. This passion began at an early age, as she was fostered with the tenets of holistic medicine and saw firsthand how powerful the medicine can be in restoring health.
