ABOUT MEUsing a trauma-informed paradigm that assesses and incorporates all facets of well-being,in combination with gentle, individualized therapies, I support and guide you on your journey to complete health. My work is fuelled by intersectional feminism, and a strong commitment to compassion and justice. I work hard to stay informed of my biases and privilege, and create a safe, healing and learning space for any human in need.
I believe you and I are a team. We work together in an equal partnership to help you achieve your goals. I also strongly believe that the best way to heal is not through force, but through compassion and curiosity, and that if I’m doing my job correctly, then [eventually] you won’t need me anymore.
