Sarah Grammaticos is Naturopathic Doctor recognized by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. As an integrative practitioner Sarah is trained to assess and address both the acute and chronic care needs of a diverse population. She has a special interest in digestive health, stress and mood management, and the role of hormones on mental and reproductive health. Sarah is particularly interested in helping patients navigate the transition periods of adolescence, pregnancy and menopause.

Sarah also has extensive experience treating pain and building long term resilience to chronic conditions. She is motivated to uncover the root cause of illness and support the development of optimal wellness.
