Dr. Ellis follows the naturopathic principles and treats each patient as a whole. My decision making is always alongside what the patient needs and wants. She is very compassionate and values each patient’s input. Dr. Ellis is a firm believer in open communication and encourages her patients to involved in all aspects of their health care.
Dr. Erin Ellis is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor, licensed as a primary care physician in the state of Arizona who received her doctorate degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Ellis focused many of her clinical hours on cancer care, women’s health, IV therapy and chronic disease. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Spanish from Arizona State University but decided to hold off on her dreams of becoming a doctor and pursued management within the restaurant industry for many years.
It wasn’t until she received a cancer diagnosis in 2010 that forever changed her life and once she beat this beast she knew Naturopathic Medicine was her passion. Dr. Ellis is originally from Phoenix, AZ, but grew up outside of Washington D. C. as her father is now retired military. Since 1992, Phoenix has been her home. She’s an older sister to her Brother who is a Border Patrol Agent and her parents are happily retired in downtown Phoenix.
Away from the office, Dr. Ellis’s other passions includes pets as she owns her own pet sitting business. She also enjoys staying healthy, working out, cooking, family game nights, movies, hiking and paddle boarding.
