I believe in a holistic personalized approach to wellness, and that there is no one-size-fits-all. As a result, I formulate customized treatment plans for each patient after an initial comprehensive visit. I recognize that each one of us have a unique biology and a unique set of circumstances affecting our health, therefore, our care should be unique too. I highly value patient education and enjoy teaching patients about their health, and educating them regarding strategies to achieve optimal wellness.

My philosophy in successful patient care is to engage patients in shared decision making when it comes to choosing treatment options. I am a licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of Oregon, and have the privilege of helping adult patients with a diverse set of wellness goals and health conditions. I received my doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, one of the oldest naturopathic medical universities in North America. My mission is to empower patients to regain and retain their health by utilizing a holistic approach starting with the foundations of health including nutrition and lifestyle, and with an emphasis on prevention.

Holding degrees in chemical/pharmaceutical engineering prior to becoming a naturopathic doctor, I had the great opportunity to work in the health food and nutraceuticals formulations and manufacturing field, through which I was introduced to the world of natural medicine and nutrition. This enlightening experience sparked my interest in natural medicine and inspired me to seek higher education in Naturopathic Medicine.

Having an engineering mind-set and extensive experience in nutraceutical manufacturing, and with the aid of my medical education, I apply a methodical approach when it comes to formulating treatment plans and selecting quality products and remedies for my patients.
