As a physician, Dr. Harding’s goal is to provide individualized therapeutic and preventative strategies. Dr. Harding works for her patients to optimize their physical and mental performance to improve quality of life while promoting longevity. Finding the root cause of illness and stress is key in resolving and effectively treating illnesses to live a quality life.
Dr. Lindsey Harding is a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor providing general medicine services with an emphasis in mental health, endocrinology, and gastroenterology. She received her medical degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona and completed a residency at The Center for Counseling and Health Resources in Edmonds, Washington. Prior to attending medical school, Dr.
Harding received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, where she studied botanicals. She became interested in Naturopathic Medicine while attending Ayurvedic Medicine courses.
