Dr. Zech’s primary clinical focus is in integrative oncology, in which she is board certified (FABNO). Additional interests include cardiovascular and metabolic health and chronic disease management.
She earned her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. Following graduation, Dr. Zech completed a two-year residency in Integrative Oncology and is board certified in Naturopathic Oncology (FABNO). She is also a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild (RH).
She focuses on meeting patients where they are in their health journey, integrating individual goals with evidence-based therapies to enhance both quality and quantity of life. She emphasizes diet and lifestyle , along with herbal and nutrient support.
