I believe that optimal health care is a team effort, and thus, I focus on working closely with other health care providers to return my patients to optimal health. Most importantly, I place an emphasis on education in order to empower my patients to take charge of their health care and their future.

I practice primary care which patients appreciate as an alternative to waiting at a busy doctor’s office. I also have a special interest hormonal regulation, fertility, nutrition, digestion, injury rehabilitation and pain management using trigger point acupuncture.

I believe health care is a lifestyle, and that sometimes we need the support of professionals to overcome wellness obstacles in our path, and thus I work with patients to achieve positive outcomes in reasonable timelines, ultimately returning their health care to their own hands.
