I believe the body was created to work well & that it does the best it can to maintain that state. When there is a problem it is the physician’s job to figure out what the body needs (i. e. a nutrient), needs to get rid of (i. e. excess stress) or corrected (i. e. a joint misalignment) for health to be restored. I believe any plan must fit the desires and abilities of the person. Plans are thus very individualized.
