I love what I do. I feel very passionate about naturopathic medicine and midwifery. I feel very strongly that people should have choices in their health care and that they should be given the correct information to make those choices. In my practice I draw on my education, personal experience, and experience gained from others to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. If I don’t know the answers, I will do my absolute best find them.

I am a graduate of Bastyr University, Seattle, Washington. It was there that I earned a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine degree and Certificate of Naturopathic Midwifery. I am certified as a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) by the North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners. I am licensed in Washington state as a midwife (MW00000299) and Naturopathic Physician (NT00001397). After practicing Naturopathic Medicine and Midwifery in Minnesota for two years, I decided to return to the Seattle area.

I opened my practice in Lynnwood in September of 2006 while five months pregnant with my son. Raising a child and starting a new practice was challenging but I seemed to find balance between the two! I also served as adjunct faculty at Bastyr University teaching classes such as Clinical Laboratory Diagnosis, Normal Maternity, and Prenatal Complications. In 2010, I entered full-time practice.
