Dr. Kneeland is a graduate from BINM, Western Canada’s only accredited Naturopathic Medical School. Prior to her four years of Naturopathic Medical training, she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, with honours, from the University of Calgary, and wrote an undergraduate thesis on the level of empirical evidence standing behind natural medicines.
At the Boucher Institute, Erika developed a strong interest in obstetrics, pediatrics and women’s mid-life issues. She offers comprehensive laboratory testing (including salivary hormone testing, thyroid testing, food sensitivity testing, adrenal stress panels and toxic metal analysis), and utilizes such tests to get to the underlying cause of illness.
Dr. Kneeland uses clinical nutrition (diet and supplements), Western botanical medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, classical and complex homeopathy, Bowen therapy, IV therapies and lifestyle counseling to help people reach a higher state of health and well-being.
