I predominately use lifestyle medicine as my preferred method of treatment. Why? Because it leads to phenomenal outcomes, it treats the root causes of disease and unhappiness and it encourages personal responsibility for health and well-being. I have been blessed with an amazing career, a beautiful family and the privilege of supporting others on their journeys.
