Dr. King is a firm believer in the strength of an individualized approach to care and treatment. She approaches all patients with an honest and unique manner. Dr. King emphasizes preventative care, and strives to identify the root cause of any ailment. She takes great pride in facilitating health and lifestyle modifications that will optimize wellbeing and function.
NOELLE KING, ND is a graduate of the National University of Natural Medicine where she earned a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a certificate in Natural Childbirth. Her primary focus is Women’s Health, specializing in fertility and conception, post-partum, family planning, sexual education, adolescent health, gastroenterology, autoimmune, endocrine dysfunction and primary care. Dr. King earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Wellness and Alternative Medicine from Johnson State College in Vermont.
Dr. King after completed a mentorship training on The Farm in Tennessee with Ina May Gaskin spent the next eight years attending births in Vermont, California and Oregon. During this time Dr. King was a nutrition-garden teacher, farmer and Nutrition educator for Sonoma County Farm to School Programs. At NUNM, Dr. King focused on women’s health and completed two years of a GI mentorship with Dr. Steven Sandberg-Lewis founder of the SIBO center at NUNM.
Dr. King has been published with writing contributions for Women in Balance Institute and created a non-profit birth service for low-income women and new birth related professionals called Student Birth Collective. Dr. King completed residency at Synergy Women’s Healthcare in Portland OR in 2017. In residency she completed rotations in reproductive endocrinology, gynecology, gastroenterology, and naturopathic women’s health.
She enjoys treating all aspects of women’s health specializing in female fertility, preconception, recurrent miscarriage and postpartum care. Dr. King also treats GI dysfunction and metabolic disorders, teen health, hormone imbalances, gynecologic infectious disease, cervical dysplasia/HPV treatment, bio-identical hormone therapy, environmental health, adrenal and thyroid health, autoimmunity, PCOS and endometriosis treatments.
She is certified in Holistic Pelvic Care™, a physical medicine modality that brings balance and tone to the pelvic floor. Dr. King is experienced in nutrition, homeopathy, botanicals, IV therapy, EFT, fertility enhancements methods such as IUI, IUD placement and general naturopathic medical care. Dr. King is LGBTQ and non-binary inclusiveDr. King offers at home postpartum visits for new moms within the Portland metro area with applicable driving fee.
