I believe everyone can achieve a greater degree of health, be it physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. Our initial visit is the first step toward building a caring and respectful relationship where we work together over time to discover and treat the actual underlying cause, meet your health goals, and prevent future disease. When you come to work with me, you will have at least an hour of one-on-one time with me to explore your symptoms, history, and goals in a quiet and relaxed office. I pay attention to the details and value your questions and insights. You’ll get a written treatment plan created from a variety of treatment options that focus on your health priorities, and lots of handouts for education and empowerment. My treatments are based on understanding and restoring normal functioning, rather than just treating the symptoms, and serve two purposes: first, to help you to start feeling better quickly and second, to shift the imbalances that led to those symptoms.
