Sophia is a licensed naturopathic doctor and graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree in human biology and psychology from the University of Toronto. Having personally suffered from chronic joint pain Sophia is excited to provide patients with the same individualized, comprehensive care that she experienced with naturopathic treatment. As a naturopathic doctor, she believes that we can be inspired to pursue healthy changes and empowered to realize those changes when we are equipped with the proper knowledge. A strong believer in intuitive health, Sophia works with her patients to support healing through self-awareness and optimizing the body’s natural healing ability.
Her clinical experience includes over 300 patient visits and treatment of a variety of conditions which include arthritis, diabetes, digestive complaints and chronic fatigue.
