The health and happiness of my family has always been a priority in my life. As a physician, my goal is to help improve the well-being of other families seeking alternative health care.

I graduated from The University of Guelph with an honours degree in human kinetics, which was a strong foundation for my academic career at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. There I learned the art of restoring balance in the human body through natural therapeutics.

I studied pediatrics during my clinical internship at CCNM and, as such, developed a strong foundation in family medicine. My practice today is focused on women’s health & pediatrics.

I am also an Executive Board Member with the APND, Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors, and an active member of the Ontario & Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

I am also a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer, level II Reiki therapist and Thai yoga massage practitioner.
