   thank you doc for your explanation about gluten crossing the blood brain bairrier and wipes short term memory. that was 2003. i had surgery for crohns in 92 missing valve and lower bile duct . diagnosed celiac 87 by dr. langdon. dietitian at time was paula serratore. paula diagnosed body fat levels between 1 and 6 percent. j.l.r. i have known since 97.
