Dr. Lewis is the co-founder and co-owner of One Elephant Integrative Health Team. Here, she works alongside a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals including medical doctors, chiropractors, psychotherapists, massage therapists and nutrition experts, using a holistic and collaborative approach. Dr. Lewis helps patients with a variety of health concerns using safe, effective and individualized treatments.

Her goal is to guide patients toward their optimal state of health, whether mentally or physically. She has a special interest in women’s health, digestive concerns and mood disorders. In addition to the standard naturopathic modalities, Dr. Lewis has received additional training to expand her scope as an ND in Ontario. She is licensed to provide vitamin B12 injections, intravenous (IV) therapy, and prescriptions for bio-identical hormones.

Dr. Lewis graduated from McMaster University, with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Neuroscience. She then worked for seven years in the Emergency Department at Credit Valley Hospital, alongside exceptional physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals. She completed her 4-year post-graduate naturopathic training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, after which she graduated from a 2-year Research Residency, focusing on teaching and research.

She is an active contributor to naturopathic research, primarily in cardiovascular disease and women’s health. Dr. Lewis is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and is licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
