Cristina Meffe, ND is a licensed and registered Naturopathic Doctor who is truly passionate about helping patients achieve their optimal health. Through taking the time to really listen to her patients and creating a safe environment for them to share their concerns, Cristina is able to create individualized treatment plans and empower her patients to achieve their health related goals.
Cristina has extensive additional training in fertility, women’s health and hormone related issues. She uses a variety of natural treatments, from diet and supplementation, to herbs and acupuncture to achieve results. She is the proud owner and founder of Sana Health Centre in Woodbridge, and is also part-time clinic faculty at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
