I value holistic medicine and have seen it work beautifully. Holistic medicine is recognizing the mental and spiritual body as well as the physical body. Dr. Bowker received her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Whitman College. It was during her undergraduate education and working on pre-med requirements that she discovered Naturopathic Medicine and made the decision to attend Bastyr. Originally from Toronto, Dr. Franks received her degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. She began practicing in Renton, Washington in 2008 under one of the founders of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and is fluent in the complex interactions of hormones and the endocrine system.
