Combining more than a decade of experience in emergency medicine as a Boston paramedic with the tools and knowledge of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Enos excels in primary care, cardiovascular medicine, physical medicine, biofeedback, men’s health, and environmental medicine. Dr. Seth Enos ND began his life in medicine in 2004 as a volunteer on a university based ambulance corps. After completing his undergrad degree he found employment as an EMT with American Medical Response (AMR).

Working for AMR afforded him the opportunity to train and become licensed as a paramedic. During his time at AMR Dr. Enos joined the Disaster Response Team (DRT) and was deployed for hurricanes Ike and Gustave in conjunction with a larger disaster response organized by FEMA. Through his work as a paramedic, Dr. Enos decided that he could do better service to his patients through preventative naturopathic medicine, keeping them from requiring an ER when possible rather than picking up the pieces afterwards.

Dr. Enos subsequently attended Bastyr University, in Kenmore, Washington where he completed their graduate level training in naturopathic medicine. Dr. Enos now practices primary care naturopathic medicine with a focus on cardiology, urology, men’s health, biofeedback, and physical medicine.

Dr. Rak’s care philosophy is to find and treat the most foundational aspect of the disease present. At times this will be a nutritional deficiency, at other times it may be a chronic viral infection. He works hard to find the underlying cause of the pathology and understands how to shift people that aren’t able to find relief elsewhere. He has a lot of experience working with people that are sensitive to various interventions.

Throughout his life, Dr. Rak has been interested in science and medicine. After growing up in Western Michigan, he attended Michigan State University, graduating from an honors college for students of science with a curriculum heavy in human biology. During this time he did extensive research chemistry and worked through two internships with Pfizer, learning the science of pharmaceuticals. These experiences laid the groundwork for his future medical philosophy.

Upon graduation, he moved to Seattle to study renewable energy at the University of Washington. After receiving his Master’s Degree, he enrolled at Bastyr University to begin his medical education. His training has focused on the function of the neurological system and how this system is affected by toxicity. Additionally, he has cultivated a strong practice of physical medicine that spans a spectrum from the subtleties of craniosacral technique and visceral manipulation to higher force interventions like osseous manipulation and trigger point therapy.

His practice focuses on finding the therapeutic that best fits the patient, while his knowledge of biochemistry allows him to identify synergistic nutrients that could be crucial to therapeutic success. He believes that a genetic profile helps him to maximize efficacy and minimize side effects of treatment options by understanding an individual’s metabolic susceptibilities. In his office, you will find a safe space where you can be free to explore your life and a pathway to robust health.

Dr. Rak is a scientist, a scholar, and a healer. He has done research-spanning from chemistry to molecular biology, at some of the finest institutions. His medical training began at Bastyr University, but continues through countless seminars and conferences. His passion is the interplay between the mind and the body through the function of the nervous system. This study yields techniques ranging from intricate genetic analysis and injection therapies to subtle manipulation techniques.

I also provide complementary medicine and specialize in Ayurvedic medicine and Craniosacral therapy.

I have been practicing Naturopathic Medicine since my graduation from Bastyr University in 1998. I specialize in Ayurvedic medicine and am a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. I also have background in different modalities of physical medicine– I am a certified Bowenwork practitioner and have practiced Craniosacral therapy since 2000. These professional endeavors reflect my belief that in order to achieve health one must be fit in mind, body, and spirit.

My passion for spending time in nature began early in life. I spent my undergraduate career as a student athlete participating as a division I rower while pursuing a degree in health and human performance. Eventually I evolved into a backpacking guide for many years before realizing that I wanted to pursue my understanding of the role physical activity, lifestyle, and nutrition can play in disease processes.

This aspiration to expand my knowledge of the body and its functions ultimately fueled my desire to learn even more about the root cause of disease process and prevention, and ultimately to pursue naturopathic medicine. Because of my personal history of physical activity I have a unique understanding and experience with physical pain and the devastation that it can cause in our lives. Dr. Lindsey Harding is a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor providing general medicine services with an emphasis in mental health, endocrinology, and gastroenterology. She received her medical degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona and completed a residency at The Center for Counseling and Health Resources in Edmonds, Washington. Prior to attending medical school, Dr.

Harding received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, where she studied botanicals. She became interested in Naturopathic Medicine while attending Ayurvedic Medicine courses.
