My practice is preventive family medicine with a focus on women and children\’s health care. When I work with clients my goals are to help them listen to their bodies, find out what keeps them in balance, and what blocks their health and vitality. By listening to symptoms, performing appropriate exams, and ordering diagnostic tests when needed, I help my clients discover what their bodies may be missing or what may be causing them harm. I teach people skills for life long wellness using the four pillars of health: nutrition, exercise, detoxification, and mind-body alignment.
