I believe we all deserve to live a life fulfilled. A meaningful life that you can cherish and continue for years to come. There are a lot of obstacles that can make us physically tired and spiritually drained, one being our health. But I truly believe that simple and effective medicines have the greatest potential to transform our health. I am interested in getting to know you and what you want out of life.
I believe in meeting you on common ground and working together to solve your health problems. I take a minimalistic approach to any health changes because I want to help you make real improvements and take charge of your health. I don’t believe in making you a professional vitamin-taker because health isn’t at the bottom of a bottle. You can trust that I will ask the tough questions because those are the barriers that keep us from achieving our full potential.
It’s only once we ask the hard questions that we achieve healing in our bodies, minds and hearts. We all want to live healthier and happier lives, so let’s do it!As a clinician Rupa has a special interest in brain health (mental health), geriatrics and endocrinology (hormone health).

Bonjour! My name is Noor and I’m a licensed Naturopathic doctor. My medical career didn’t start as most doctors I know. I was gearing towards law school in Ottawa, but my health was deteriorating faster than I was hoping. I was diagnosed with severe Crohn’s disease and was spending months at the hospital, recovering from surgeries. Years later, I met a Naturopathic doctor that helped me recover and I have been in remission ever since.
Thus, my new calling to do the same for others who have suffered silently in pain. As a patient with Crohn’s disease, I know first-hand what it’s like to fight an uphill battle. As a naturopathic doctor, I believe that I can help guide you up this hill. Igraduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine andhavebeen furthering my expertise in nutrition and intravenous therapy as well as digestive health, autoimmunity and pain management through continuous education.
My passion for teaching has led meto become a part-time faculty professor at the EESNQ, a naturopathic college in Montreal, where she teaches basic sciences, autoimmune diseases, emergency medicine, nutrition and integrative clinic. I was also co-chair of the membership committee for the Gastroenterology Association for Naturopathic Physicians. I offer appointments in English, French and Arabic.

Dr. Swanson graduated in 2005 from the National University of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Following 6 years of study, he completed a 2-year residency. He has explored first hand how other cultures approach healing, and weaves these global perspectives into a medical model grounded in a complete understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the diagnosis and treatment of disease. This includes the use of diagnostic labs and imaging when necessary.
Dr. Swanson offers a unique approach to the treatment of the brain and nervous system disorders. Born out of his personal battle with a neurological disorder at age 23, he has developed practical ways to heal conditions such as concussions, TBI, stroke, anxiety, insomnia, migraines, and other nervous system related disorders. He integrates cutting edge theories of the brain with traditional medical approaches designed to optimize nervous system recovery.
He writes and lectures on various medical topics, and is a contributing author to a recently published book, entitled The Concussion Repair Manual, by Dan Engle, MD. Chronic pain is another sub-specialty of Dr. Swanson. He addresses pain following motor vehicles accidents, sports-related injury, arthritis, disc herniation, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, or plantar fasciitis. He seeks to reduce acute pain and discomfort with acupuncture, hands-on body work, shiatsu, spinal adjustments, and/or trigger point injection therapies.
He is trained in prolozone and neural therapy to reduce soft tissue and joint pain. In some cases, these techniques can reduce scarring, pain, and improve range of motion. Dr. Swanson will take time to explore lifestyle habits, and make dietary suggestions when appropriate. He works with conditions such as IBS, ulcerative colitis, leaky gut, gallbladder and liver disease. Some may benefit from IV vitamin mineral infusions.
IVs are formulated using traditional recipes, and nutrients are modified to meet the needs of the patient.
Dr. Swanson weaves Western and Chinese medicine together with 15 years of clinical experience in treating concussions, neurological disease, chronic pain and headaches.

Helping people achieve and maintain optimal health and well-being is both a calling and a passion for me. As a licensed naturopathic doctor with CONO, a Bowen therapist and Reiki Master, my overarching goal is to meet you where you’re at, and provide you with tools and practices to feel and be well. Using safe and beneficial evidence-based and traditional medicines, I regularly address concerns of infertility, women’s health, cognitive health, and pain and stress management.
I believe ahealthier you and healthier communities means accessible care. Home care brings my services to your door if you’re unable to come to see me at the Toronto or Hamilton clinics. Community Acupuncture and a sliding scale option for naturopathic services, are available to provide accessible care for a range of financial needs. Please ask about these options, if you can benefit.
