I am a firm believer in healing the mind and the soul for the healing of the body. I love working with energy sensitive women who are ready to energetically level up their health. I love you natural empaths and intuitives which is exactly why I always treat the physical through the mental, emotional and spiritual. Early in my career as a naturopathic doctor, I realized that ‘fixing’ the physical dis-ease does you a massive disservice and, whether you know it or not, keeps you on that unwell hamster wheel.

Being born and partly raised in India, I have been continually exposed to natural medicine such as medicinal spices, wild herbs grown in our backyard and healing food combinations. I have been around holistic (Ayurvedic) medicine my whole life. Throughout my childhood, both my parents instilled in me the important values that I apply to my treatments, such as the importance of integrity for wellbeing.
