I am a very experienced practitioner of a very gentle manual medicine and physical therapy. I work with patients all the time, one-on-one, hands-on supervised orthopedic rehabilitation complemented by drug-free naturopathic medical healing methods like very specific vitamins and minerals, herbal tinctures, essential oils and homeopathy. I always check for potential interactions between medications and vitamins, supplements, and botanical substances.

The safety of my patients is to me of the paramount importance. I am skilled in manual medicine techniques (osteopathic muscle energy, strain-couterstrain, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, manual lymphatic drainage). I am skilled in the pain management system utilizing micro-current to the sensitive tissue. I use the Electro-Acuscope for evaluation of the protonic flow through painful parts of human body, so I can identify the points where the life force energy (blood, lymph, extracellular fluid) can be blocked causing pain and suffering.

Why my techniques are different from other PT facilities I use hands-on individual approach for each unique and individual needs of every patient. I restore not only movements but also balance the neuromuscular movement patterns and fascial preferences, so patient can return to physical activity without worrying that her/his pain may return back. I am very diligent in educating my patients, so they understand why the problem appeared and how they can help themselves to step up the higher level of health, this is more energy, less tiredness, less negative thoughts and better mood.
