I was always drawn to helping people become healthy. When I learned that there was a type of medicine that combined science and natural medical therapies I was compelled to seek it out and learn more. I learned that naturopathic doctors are trained to work with the body’s natural healing capabilities, educate patients on their role in their health, and use safe and natural remedies. At the time I was dealing with my own health issues that included fatigue, weight gain, and brain fog.

With the medical knowledge I acquired I was able to start the process of bringing my body to a place of balance and healing. Helping transform the health of my patients has been an absolute blessing and has fueled my drive to continue to educate and treat patients using naturopathic principles. My health journey has been transformed by using the the tools I’ve learned to find the root cause of symptoms and disease.

Naturopathic medicine encompasses a variety of modalities that allow for a unique and individualized experience and treatment for each patient. I created Golden Leaf Health Center for patients that want to be heard, cared for, and most importantly want to learn how they can have a bigger role in their health. My aim is to educate and empower patients to take ownership of their health and to give them the confidence that I will be there every step of the way.
