I embrace and practice natural medicine as a first line of defense in illnesses and injuries where possible. My goal is to get the root cause of illnesses and address them with clinically proven natural remedies. The body is designed to heal, provided we give it the right environment. This includes proper nutrition, sleep, hydration, stress management, and elimination. Natural interventions produce outstanding results.

I begin with the least invasive interventions and progress to higher interventions when needed. Everyone deserves to be healthy and live a productive, energetic life!.

Education: Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from National University of Health Sciences, Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from National University of Health Sciences. Acupuncture Certification from National University of Health Sciences. MS from Loyola University. After working in corporate America most of my life, I returned to school as an adult learner and pursued my dream to practice natural medicine.

I have been in practice since 2013 and am currently pursuing my certification in Functional Medicine. I utilize sophisticated diagnostic testing to get to the root of problems. I love what I do and receive satisfaction in seeing patients get well and become vital.
