Dr. Cooke firmly believes that the most important part of good healthcare is a strong, trusting relationship between doctor and patient. Every patient deserves to feel heard, understood and as if their doctor is on their side. Dr. Cooke strives to be a champion for her patients and will be there for them whenever they need her.
Dr. Cooke is committed to integrative care; she believes that ideal health is achieved by combining naturopathic and allopathic modalities. Nutrition, supplements and herbal medicine are the cornerstones of her treatments but she will use pharmaceuticals when necessary. Dr. Cooke focuses strongly on gynecological health and treating stress, headaches, sleep and thyroid disease, among many others. Dr.
Cooke graduated cum laude from the University of Bridgeport with a doctorate in naturopathic medicine and a master’s degree in nutrition where she was awarded Excellence in Botanical Medicine. When she isn’t focused on healing, Dr. Cooke loves to travel, read, garden, cook and spend time with her husband and two year old daughter.
