I am a former Marine turned Naturopathic Doctor. As my practice and life have evolved, I have realized that my purpose is to help others reach their highest individual health and happiness potential. I predominately use lifestyle medicine as my preferred method of treatment. Why? Because it leads to phenomenal outcomes, it treats the root causes of disease and unhappiness and it encourages personal responsibility for health and well-being. I have been blessed with an amazing career, a beautiful family and the privilege of supporting others on their journeys. I live in Northern California with my two children, husband and our four chickens – I have my sights on being a true urban farmer within the next few years.
