I am a Naturopathic Family Physician with an interest in Women’s Health, Fertility, Pediatrics, Gastrointestinal Health, Mental-Emotional concerns and Detoxification. I am also interested in the effect that our mental and emotional states have on our physical processes.

I graduated with a BSc in Biology, thinking that I was headed for a career as a midwife. A few months later I traveled to Guatemala with a medical team and realized that midwifery might not be for me. It was there that I was captivated by Naturopathic medicine and decided that this was my calling.

I am fortunate to have had a clinic rotation in Victoria BC at the Family Medicine Clinic (FMC). There we provided free Naturopathic Medical care to young families living at or below the poverty line. This experience gave me the opportunity to work closely with families from different backgrounds and with children of all ages.

I believe in the innate healing power of the body and in the art and science of Naturopathic Medicine.
