Since 2008, Dr. Jessica has been assisting patients with their health concerns and helping to bring a sense of vitality back to their lives. Practicing as a licensed naturopathic doctor using an integrative approach, Dr. Jessica aims to find the root cause for many health issues such as hormonal imbalances, metabolic imbalances, thyroid/adrenal disorders, PMS, stress, weight loss, digestive issues, fatigue, and many others.
Balancing the science of evidence-based medicine with a holistic approach and caring personality makes her a unique doctor. Through education, Dr. Jessica aims to empower her patients with the knowledge and tools to take health and wellness into their own hands.
Dr. Jessica uses a gentle and compassionate approach with the help of natural medicines to help the body return to a state of health and balance. She understands that taking the time to listen carefully to patients’ stories is essential to healing. The healing process is often a time for growth and self-discovery in her patients that she feels privileged to witness.

Women’s Health: PMS, peri-menopause, recurrent yeast infections, endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, irregular menstrual cycles, menstrual pain, natural fertility and recurrent bladder infections.
Preconception & Pregnancy
Children’s Health: individualized supplement / vitamin recommendations to support optimal growth and development, chronic infections, frequent antibiotic use leading to a weakened immune system or an overgrowth of candida, constipation, diarrhea, food sensitivities, behavioral concerns, acute infection such as ear infections, thrush and colds/flu.
Fatigue: iron deficiency, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue and vitamin deficiencies.
Immune Health: Support for acute and recurring infections.
Digestion: candida overgrowth, parasites, indigestion, IBS, constipation and food sensitivities.
Other conditions that Dr. Jessica has experience treating are diabetes, recurring infections / low immunity, high cholesterol, and arthritis.
Dr. Jessica is pleased to provide acute care visits in her practice to treat health concern such as a colds/flu, urinary tract infections, ear infections, sinus infections and yeast infections etc.
To get a complete picture of her patient’s health, Dr. Jessica uses a variety of testing options such as: standard lab testing for blood work, functional medicine testing and applied kinesiology (muscle testing).
