With an approach tailored to each individual and a personal passion for naturopathic medicine, I use acupuncture, myofascial release, nutrition, dietary supplementation, herbal medicine and lifestyle counseling to help each patient bring their body back into balance.
I have attended to a variety of concerns such as stress management, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal disturbances, detoxification and liver support, autoimmune disease, pain management and preventative health. Moreover, I have specialized training in Sports Medicine and Pain Management from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
