Medically trained and naturally focused, Dr. Ayla is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Calgary, Alberta. Forever interested in perusing a career in medicine, Ayla graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Calgary, and then went on to study Naturopathic Medicine at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in Greater Vancouver. Dr. Ayla treats most common conditions with a special focus on women’s health and hormonal imbalances, the gut (digestive issues, IBS, food sensitivities), stress management, skin issues (acne, eczema, hyperpigmentation), and optimizing your energy, sleep, and moods.
Dr. Ayla has a passion for traveling the world and experiencing different cultures; she just visited her 30th country in 2018! She recently moved back to Canada from living in Copenhagen Denmark where she worked on an integrative medical team to expand research in alternative and complementary medicine.
