My interest in weight loss grew with my passion for cardiovascular health, when I recognized that most of my patients with heart disease were struggling with obesity, sleep disorders, too little physical activity, and toxic eating habits. I have designed an innovative weight loss program to meet the unique needs and preferences of my patients.
Dr. Christine James is a regional leader in obesity medicine. As a naturopathic doctor specializing in obesity medicine, Dr. James addresses the complexities that contribute to weight gain and metabolic dysfunction. A doctorate in naturopathic medicine provided the foundation for her nutritional, dietary, diagnostic, and disease management skills. Advanced training in obesity medicine expanded her expertise and understanding of the multitude of factors involved in weight management.
Combining these skills with her compassionate and holistic perspective her intention is to facilitate a unique and transformational weight loss experience for her patients.
