When I was in on Friday, Jim gave me his email to email my blood results. He wrote it on a small paper along with the amount of COQ10 I was to take. Unfortunately the paper got misplaced and I need his email. Also is there a specific brand of CO10 I am to buy and should I get it at a health store or pharmacy? I believe Jim said 100 mg 2x a day.
