I believe in using a natural, gentle non-invasive approach towards one’s health, making me an ideal candidate for working with families of all ages.

Kathy O’Reilley graduated in 2017 with her Doctor of Naturopathy from Trinity School of Natural Health in Warsaw, Indiana. She had also graduated in 1987 with a B. S. in occupational therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. From her professional training and practice as an occupational therapist, Kathy learned to work with clients of all ages to help them overcome their health challenges.

She has worked in a variety of settings, including clinics, hospitals, nursing homes and home health. Kathy founded Spectrum Recovery in 2009 to educate clients about the importance of detoxification and building up the immune system to overcome specific health conditions. To that end, she utilizes state-of-the-art technology, including the Lymph Drainage XP for electro-lymphatic drainage and Zyto bio-technology to help assess a person’s health status.

Conditions addressed include, but are not limited to: post-concussion syndrome, migraine headaches, sinus issues, allergies, food/chemical/environmental sensitivities, decreased focus/concentration, recent memory loss, hormonal imbalances, digestion issues, sugar metabolism issues, thyroid issues and the health challenges common to children on the autism spectrum. Kathy became acquainted with electro-lymphatic drainage when her son, at age 8, was healed of a periodic fever syndrome through the use of this modality, along with supplements recommended by a naturopath.

Consequently, her son was able to avoid undergoing both a tonsillectomy, as well as a round of steroids. From this treatment, she was able to note significant improvements not only in her son’s health, but furthermore in her son’s overall functioning, specifically in the areas of behavior, concentration and socialization. From this approach, she saw the potential for improving the health of both children and adults using electro-lymphatic drainage to decrease viral, bacterial, fungal and/or parasitic loads, thereby enhancing the immune system.

In the past, Kathy has worked under the supervision of medical doctors, chiropractors and nurse practitioners. Currently she works with naturopaths, osteopathic doctors and chiropractors.
