Dr. Alysa Nguyen’s goal in working with her clients is to address the underlying cause of disease and provide you with the tools to prevent illnesses and create optimal health. She takes a patient-centered approach, spending ample time with each person to understand their histories and look at the interactions among genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health and complex, chronic diseases.
She provides a holistic and individualized approach that incorporates the best of today’s evidence based medicine with safe, effective traditional therapies from Chinese medicine and Naturopathic medicine.
Dr. Alysa Nguyen is a Naturopathic doctor and acupuncture in Honolulu, Hawaii. She obtained her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, in Seattle Washington and her Bachelors of Science in Physiology from the University of California Los Angeles. She has been in practice since 2007. She treats people of all ages and has a general practice with a focus on hormone balancing, digestive issues, pain management, and chronic illnesses.
