Dr. Kelly Austin N.D. specializes in hormones ? which affect mood, digestion, sleep, libido, appetite, body composition, energy, and heart health ? and Lifestyle Medicine ? lifestyle changes to prevent and even reverse chronic illness. Her other focus areas are clinical nutrition, eating disorders, weight management, mental health, and treating those with Autism (DAN! certified) and Down Syndrome.
Dr. Austin founded Prime Wellness after relocating to San Diego in 2007. She had previously practiced in Canada, assisting large corporations to enhance their employees’ health and well-being. A certified instructor and fitness fanatic, she regularly enjoys teaching classes at local gyms.
