Dr. Walji has been a practicing Naturopathic Doctor since she graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine over 10 years ago. She graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and also attained her PhD in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Toronto. She did her post doctoral fellowship at McMaster University and continues to remain actively involved in academic research and lecturing at various post-secondary institutions across southern Ontario.
Dr. Walji strives to combine the application of traditional and complementary medicine with modern science. She works with patients who have a variety of health concerns such as diabetes, arthritis, sports injuries, gastrointestinal disease, HIV/AIDS and heart disease. In addition to general practice, Dr. Walji’s clinical focus is on women’s health ? specifically fertility and pregnancy.
