I treat the whole person and help you find what is the root cause of your main concern. I always listen to my patients and offer the most natural medicines to correct and help the body heal itself most effectively and safely.

Dr. Samuel Madeira grew up in Vermont where his family vegetable garden, New England hardwood forests, and a community of natural health healers surrounded him from a young age. This environment and the culture of northern New England stimulated his curiosity in Botanical Medicine prior to college. Early in high school, he became chronically fatigued and started natural medical treatment with the internationally renowned Naturopathic doctor, Dr.

James D’Adamo. His chronic fatigue was corrected with natural treatments after conventional care had failed. In his last two years of high school, he received his Wilderness First Responder certification, and EMT-Basic national registration and licensure. While shadowing medical doctors, EMTs, and surgeons he learned about emergency medicine and allopathic medicine. By the time he graduated high school, he decided to pursue a holistic medicine career.

He focused his college studies in humanistic psychology, botany, and natural health sciences. Dr. Madeira graduated from Bastyr University’s Bachelor of Sciences with a Major in Herbal Sciences, and completed his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. He holds his medical license in Washington State and is Board Certified with the North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners (NABNE). His areas of specialty include Functional Medicine, Blood Type Diet and Lifestyles, Botanical Medicine, Functional Endocrinology, Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine, and Physical Medicine with a focus in Pain Relief and Corrective Pain Care.

He also uses Injection Therapies (including: Trigger Point Injections, Neural Prolotherapy, & Neural Therapy), Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), and Biofeedback Therapy when appropriate with his clients. Dr. Madeira loves hearing his patients tell him their success stories. He has successfully and safely treated over 3,000 male patients, and many female patients. Consistent treatment outcomes in his patients include improved energy and sleep, consistent vitality, greater mood stability, weight loss, decreased pain, and increased range of motion and activity, greater well being, and improved libido and sexual function.

Dr. Madeira is excited to offer these therapies and health benefits to his community. It is his mission, passion, and life work to help people find their unique, individualized and transformative path to healing and maintain a state of health and vitality throughout their life. Other than focusing on his clinical work, Dr. Madeira has been the blog contributor for WishGarden Herbs Men’s Health column.

He is a current member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians (WANP), and the national non-profit organization, the Foundation for Wellness Professionals. In his free time, he enjoys leisure time with his daughter, as well as hiking, skiing, camping, writing, and traveling. Through proper nutrition, healthy habits, and self-awareness, we can build a good foundation for healing. I use nutritional and biochemical markers to direct treatment, in order to achieve and maintain health goals. My approach is to optimize the natural processes of your body to get you feeling great.

My views on health and healing are aligned with naturopathic principles because of my parent’s European approach to life and wellness. Growing up in Chicago as a 1st generation Polish-American, the basics of supporting health were routine thanks to my mother. Her training as a nurse in Europe exposed me to a different perspective on care, which led me to become a naturopathic doctor. I am passionate about utilizing natural and minimally invasive treatments and substances to nourish and protect our wellbeing.

The naturopathic profession resonated with my values for prevention and sustainable health, and I am grateful and honored to help patients in this field. Being able to move through life with energy and excitement is my personal goal. I love cooking with friends and family, as well as staying active in soccer, rock climbing, snowboarding, and running. I am always working towards optimal health so that I can show up in life with enthusiasm and gratitude.

My passion is about helping people enjoy life and attain the goals which only a healthy mind body and spirit provide. Dr. Paul Miszczyszyn.

My job is to teach you how to take the best possible care of yourself. Understanding the causes of your problems allows finding the best answers. No one has perfect health, but striving for the best health possible is a real achievable goal. Health means more than all the riches in the world. Many patients are very surprised at how simple answers can be. Often it’s a diet change, a previously undiagnosed very treatable problem, a simple exercise regimen, or an herbal tincture.

When problems are rare and complicated, it’s usually combining the simple, with the newer technologies that work. We are all unique biological puzzles. I love Naturopathy as a healing system because it fosters methods of problem solving that honor nature and the way we are meant to function. Once you’ve learned enough to maintain your new health, I’ll see you around town perhaps. Or for your annual check ups, or if you have happy news of a growing family, or another loved one I could help.

Dr. Booker.

As a Naturopathic Physician I am dedicated to helping you learn more about solving your health problems and devising best methods for restoring the best health possible. The answers can come from just about anywhere including labs, radiology studies, a diet diary, previous medical records and of course you the patient. You may have more key information than you think necessary to finding solutions.

Often simple solutions work best, like diet and exercise changes, herbal medicines, or nutritional vitamins and minerals. Any of these can be your best medicines. When problems are complicated I’ll recommend a trusted specialist or therapy most likely to get results. Even Mayo clinic if necessary. If you want to take on finding the causes of your problems and long term solutions, and are willing to work for it, I’m pretty sure I can help.

If your goal is to use as little medications, procedures and drugs as possible, to become independent in self care as much as possible I can help you. If you’re short on health insurance and cash we have deep discounts for cash patients through Simple Care and can order discounted lab and radiology services too. SincerelyDr. Booker.

She takes great pride in seeing her patients reach optimal levels of feeling well and getting the most out of their body’s on a daily basis.

Dr. Melissa is passionate about reaching optimal health both personally and with her patients.

Dr. Melissa Buches is a naturopathic doctor who was born in a small town in the Interior of British Columbia, Canada. Her parents were passionate about gardening, hunting, fishing, and providing good food for their children. Growing up in a rural area meant taking more control over one’s own health. Using things at hand, often directly from nature, to help one heal. This was very important in Dr. Melissa’s decision to pursue a naturopathic medical school that incorporated natural components of food and nutrition into modern day advances.

Today she applies this knowledge in her work as a primary care doctor, focusing on women’s health, gastroenterology, and sports medicine. Dr. Melissa Buches ND graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelors in science focusing on genetics, biochemistry and botany. She fell in love with biochemistry, and this is reflected in how she likes to educate her patients about their internal biochemistry.

She graduated from Bastyr University in 1995 with her doctorate. She then went on to have a naturopathic practice in Portland, Oregon. She left Portland after three years to pursue the sunshine of southern California. She settled in Westlake Village, California and had a bustling primary care private practice there for 17 years focusing on women’s health and sports medicine. Dr. Melissa and her husband David, recently relocated to Seattle, so Dave could pursue his career with Amazon.

Olympia, Washington, 98506
Phone: (360) 943-9519
Fax: (360) 943-9534

Marnie Frisch offers the following therapies: Adrenal Fatigue, Depression, Digestive Disorders, Menopause, Autoimmune Disease

I approach each patient as an individual, not as a diagnosis, and am skilled at meeting the patient where they are to help them move forward to balanced health. I take the time to get to know the person in front of me to develop a treatment plan that is the least harmful, most gentle, and most effective. I have realized that it is not a population or disease that I specialize in, but in listening to patients and working cooperatively to find the best treatment plan.

I have been practicing medicine for almost 14 years, and my specialty is in constitutional homeopathy, but I use all naturopathic medicine tools. I love partnering with patients in their transition stages: from youth to adolescents through all stages of adulthood, including perimenopause, menopause, and andropause. I have a particular interest in supporting children and families, women’s health and hormone challenges, autoimmune diseases, thyroid issues, and gut health, including IBS, IBD, chronic constipation, vascular disorders, fatigue, stress, depression, anxiety, and the neuro-endo-immune system.

I provide everything from specialized care to general wellness visits, including annual exams, and I work well in collaboration with the greater medical community.
