I aim to provide you and your family with exceptional holistic care. In addition to conventional diagnostic methods, I use several naturopathic diagnostic methods and screening tools to hone in on your unique imbalances. I use an array of other naturopathic treatments including herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, and nutrition to get you back to feeling your best. As a momma of a pre-schooler, I understand how many difficult decisions we have to make for our children, starting from when they are in the womb (and in some cases, before!).
I am here to help empower you to make decisions that you feel good about through knowledge, experience, and empathy. Whether you are struggling with fatigue, depression, anxiety, weight gain, skin problems, hormonal problems, infertility, immunological problems, etc. , or just feel like you are taking too many medications, I work with your natural vitality to help you overcome whatever you are struggling with.
I am a Registered Naturopathic Doctor with the State of Colorado. I am passionate about keeping you and your family well! I love working with people in all stages of life to restore optimal health. I have advanced training in pediatrics and fertility. I am also a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, and have a an interest in both heart health and sports medicine.
Although originally from Utah, I lived in the beautiful Pacific Northwest most of my life, and have recently re-located to Colorado. I am overjoyed to be back in the mountains and sunshine, and to serve Longmont, Firestone, Berthoud, Mead, Boulder, Niwot, Lyons and surrounding areas. I love riding my mountain bike, trail running, swimming, hiking, camping with my husband and pre-schooler, and gardening.
