Nutrition is the Core and Center of Health. Precision Nutrition focuses on You and takes the time to figure out what is wrong with you. Your Health History, combined with functional assessments, functional laboratory testing and nutritional genomics in order to help you learn and understand the root causes of your problem. We then develop a strategy in order to create the best way for healing and recovery so that you can sustainably regain your own health and reach optimal well-being.
We also focus on preventative health and longevity, optimization of energy and concentration, headaches, longevity and general wellness. We use only professional grade supplementation in combination with diet and lifestyle interventions. We are not medical Doctors but work in cooperation with your Medical Doctor, Oncologist or our own Network of Practitioners, including Naturopathic Doctors. We will coach you through how to navigate the Healthcare system, what to expect and how to avoid pitfalls.
After receiving his Masters Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, Jan (Yahn) Kielmann (Keelmahn) continued his education with some of the best Naturopathic-, Functional- and Integrative Practitioners in the country. He is Board certified in Clinical Nutrition (CNS®) and an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP®). Jan is currently a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition candidate at Maryland University of Integrative Health and a candidate Registered Herbalist.
